RaRa for Haiti

ALL PROCEEDS will go DIRECTLY
to
Partners in Health
and
heARTs with haiti

Every bit of money we raise goes directly to the two beneficiaries chosen,
split straight down the middle: 50/50

The graduate students at the Tulane School of Social Work voted Partners in Health  reputable and appropriate organization to receive immediate funding.  They spend ~95% of their funding on program expenses and received 4 out of 4 stars by Charity Navigator.  They have been working in Haiti for over twenty years.

Partners In Health's (PIH) mission is to provide a preferential option for the poor in health care. The work of PIH has three goals: to care for our patients, to alleviate the root causes of disease in their communities, and to share lessons learned around the world.

The other half of the proceeds are going to heARTS with haiti, a therapeutic arts-based program for traumatized children.  heARTS with haiti is a project being developed by faculty, staff, and students at the Tulane School of Social Work along with Haitian friends and artists.  It is a collaborative effort among mental health professionals & artists in both Haiti & New Orleans to provide children a safe space to begin their healing process.
